1. Who we are
CKM INFOTECH is a private limited company registered in Malaysia, providing managed IT services, custom software, and the FaiServe field service management product to businesses across Malaysia and Singapore.

2. What personal data we collect
Through the contact and trial sign-up forms on this site, we collect: name, work email, company name, phone number (optional), team size (FaiServe), and the message text you provide. We do not collect payment data on this site.
FaiServe customers, when using the product, also process job-site data — customer addresses, technician GPS pings during active jobs, photos with embedded GPS / time stamps, and digital signatures. This data belongs to the FaiServe customer (the business operating the service). CKM InfoTech is the data processor; the customer is the data controller.
3. How we use your data
We use the form submission data to reply to your enquiry, schedule a demo, set up your trial account, and follow up on commercial conversations. We do not sell your data, share it with marketing networks, or pass it to third-party advertisers.
4. Cookies and analytics
This site sets a session cookie required by the underlying Odoo platform on form submission. We do not run third-party analytics, advertising pixels, or behavioural tracking on the marketing site.
5. How we store and protect data
Data is stored on encrypted servers hosted in our managed infrastructure. Access is restricted to authorised CKM InfoTech personnel for the purpose of replying to your enquiry or operating your subscription. We retain enquiry data for as long as our commercial relationship is active, plus a reasonable archival period.
6. Your rights
Under Malaysia PDPA 2010 and Singapore PDPA, you have the right to: access the personal data we hold about you, request correction of inaccurate data, withdraw consent, and request deletion. Email support@ckminfotech.biz with your request and we will respond within fourteen (14) business days.
7. Customer-facing FaiServe tracking pages
FaiServe sends customers a tracking link (typically via WhatsApp from the technician's number) that opens a public web page showing technician location and ETA. The link is tokenised and expires within 24 hours of job completion. No login or personal data is required from the customer to view the page.
8. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as our services evolve or regulations change. The "Last updated" date above reflects the most recent revision. Material changes will be communicated to active customers via email.
